Face-to-Face Counseling and Telehealth

employees 01Individual employees and their covered family members can discuss their personal problems with an experienced professional counselor.

The Employee Assistance Professional can help with a variety of issues, including the following:

  • marital/relationship issues
  • interpersonal difficulties with friends or co-workers
  • depression or anxiety
  • concerns regarding children and adolescents
  • caregiving for elders and others
  • stress management
  • substance abuse (alcohol and other drugs)
  • grief and loss
  • difficulties in achieving personal or professional goals
  • financial and legal concerns

Provided to you and your immediate family members by your employer, the employee assistance program is a short-term counseling service that will assist you in identifying and resolving issues that may be interfering with your job or personal life or are of concern to you. The EAP provides easy access to confidential, professional services at no cost to you.
